General use of the miscValidator200 ATL COM module

First create an instance of the miscValidator COM module.

Open the tariff database with the IMiscValidator::Open method. Set the localization language using the IMiscValidator::SetLanguage. Loop over the supplied tariff catalogs by using IMiscValidator/GetFirstTariff/IMiscValidator/GetNextTariff. Optionally the list of available tariff catalogs can be shrinked with the IMiscValidator::SetTariffFilter method prior to use the iterator.
Let the user search for a code, name or chapter of a selected tariff catalog with the the ISearch and IChapter search methods. Each of these methods produced a list of service records that can be traversed with the positioning methods MoveFirst / MoveNext. The properties of a loaded record are supplied with various property functions like GetCode, GetValidFrom.
Set the treatment data using the IValidate::SetTreatmentData method before adding any services.
Then add the selected services with the IValidate::AddService method until all is done and lastly call the IValidate::Finalize method.
Release the miscValidator200 COM module instance.
