Destructs/invalidates a main instance of the ICareCreditResponseManager interface.
 
Please note, that all dependent, active interface instances generated with ICareCreditResponseManager::LoadXML under this main instance are automatically destructed as well.
 
The counterpart property to generate a main interface instance is ICareCreditResponseManager::GetCreateCareCreditResponseManager.
