Sets the provider's structured address as well as its mandatory ZSR.
 
Please note that the provider's ZSR address does not include a GLN. Furthermore, the structured address is defined via a IAddress interface instance and the address data must be defined prior to call this method.
 
Note that the providers's ZSR address is optional in terms of the XSD schema definition. However, it may be the case that the underlying tariff contracts, applied law and/or special contracts between service providers and insurances change the optionality into a mandatory data specification.

[in] IAddress *pIAddress The instance of a IAddress interface that holds the structured address parts.
A NULL pointer is supplied if no address should be set.
[out,retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pbStatus Return status of the method. If pbStatus is VARIANT_FALSE then an error occurred and GetAbortInfo should be called to retrieve the error string.
