Boundary conditions for the usage of a PDF Viewer
The GeneralFormRequestManager ultimately needs a PDF Viewer to run the final user-driven review and modification process of the PDF forms. In fact, only Acrobat Reader from all public domain PDF Viewers is capable of display and process PDF forms.

- PDF Viewer: Acrobat Reader V8.0 or higher
- Enhanced security: if "Enhanced security" is enabled, every load of a PDF form enforces the "data block mode...".
If the PDF form is not unblocked each time, the form data are not displayed.
It is therefore recommended to disable "Enhanced security" in Properties::Security (Enhanced)" of Acrobat Reader
